  • 6 ½

Please note: All adults sharing the accommodation must also sign the lease.

02.

‍Information demonstrating your ability to pay rent:

  • Your proof of income (T4, pay stub, notice of assessment, etc.)

You are able to share with us in 250 words your motivations for living at LÜDIQ.

Fill out the form

04.

Review of your application

The LÜDIQ team reviews each application to verify that it is complete and that the type of housing that meets your needs is available.

Complete applications that meet the eligibility criteria are processed in the order in which they are received.

05.

Allocation of housing

If your application is accepted, you will be assigned housing that meets your needs and you must be able to sign the lease (electronically or in person) within seven business days.

You will be required to attend meetings with tenants to establish the charter for living together harmoniously.

For buildings under construction: you will be able to view a presentation of the plans.

For existing buildings: you will be able to visit the accommodation before signing the lease.

06.

Signing the lease

The building regulations and obligations to be observed, such as compulsory home insurance and no smoking, will be explained to you. You will then sign the lease, either on site or electronically.

When signing the lease, you will be asked to pay the first month’s rent and will be given your move-in date.

Leases are for a period of 12 months.

An optional meeting with the building manager may be arranged to answer any questions you may have.

07.

Moving in

Once the date and time have been confirmed, you can move in with peace of mind and enjoy the comfort of your new accessible family home!

Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome kit and practical training on the home’s equipment, how the building works, and how to use the common areas, as well as a copy of the charter for living well together.

Were you unable to obtain housing in the first LÜDIQ or do you live elsewhere in Quebec?
