The selection process begins in October 2026, and the apartments will be available for move-in in July 2027.

For buildings that are already built, yes! For buildings that are still under construction, it is not possible to visit the apartments directly. For LÜDIQ Trois-Rivières, we will be able to show you a model apartment before you move in (exact date to be announced).

Yes, each of our buildings includes apartments designed to meet the accessibility needs of people with reduced mobility. Please let us know if this is a requirement for you in your application form.

Yes, of course, pets are part of the family! A maximum of 1 dog and 2 cats are allowed per unit. Pets must undergo a behavioral assessment with the Domaine Animal shelter to ensure compatibility with other pets and children in the building

Of course! Single-parent families represent a significant portion of our residents. Our community model offers particularly valuable support to these families by creating a natural support network.

We prioritize balance and diversity in our community. All applicants must submit their application online. Once applications are received, the LÜDIQ team will follow up to verify eligibility based on the selection policy criteria. Priority for housing will be given based on the order in which applications are received and financial need.

Proof of income will be required when submitting your application. If you do not have a rental history or sufficient employment income, you will need to be supported by a guarantor.

No, not at the moment, but a daycare center is planned, and there are several daycare centers within 500 meters of LÜDIQ (Trois-Rivières (CPE L’univers de Mamuse et Méduque, Garderie Pas à pas, Garderie la Villa des petits 1 and 2, Halte-garderie de la Maison Coup de pouce, to name a few!).

Our villages are located near services (schools, health care, shops) and are well served by public transportation. We also encourage active transportation and carpooling among residents. For LÜDIQ Trois-Rivières, a stop on bus line 25, which connects the city center to the Gilles-Lupien/Boul.
